From your initial enquiry through to the final handover, we’ll be in regular contact to keep you updated on progress and developments.
We value-engineer every aspect of your project to ensure the process is kept as cost-efficient as possible. If a component or service of equivalent quality can be sourced from an alternative provider at a lower price, we will always make you aware of it.
Initial Meeting
From the outset your enquiry will be dealt with promptly and professionally, starting with a personal visit from our dedicated project manager to discuss your vision for the project. We’ll also assess any architectural proposals you may have had drawn up.
Scope & Planning
Next, in collaboration with you, we’ll define and agree the objectives of the project, the tasks to be completed, the resources needed, the budget, and the timeline.
Project Start
Once your bespoke project is underway, you’ll be given regular and timely updates on how work is progressing, and our long-standing trade relationships ensure that your money is used wisely.
Completion
After work on your project has been signed off and the handover has been completed, we’re always on hand to deal with any developments, further expansions or improvements that may be required in the coming weeks, months and years.
