This house built in Strensall not only looks good but performs even better. Using traditional methods of construction mixed in with the newest most modern materials it outperforms any building regulations. With an EPC rating of 99 out of 100. This is a timber framed build built in our workshop using specific engineered joists. Fully insulated with high performance lambs wool and a external façade of zinc cladding and a special selection of bricks made by York Handmade Brick. The rear of the build has a sedum covered flat roof and a brille soleil manufactured by Neaco Engineering at Malton. Powered by air source heat pump and utilising a whole House MVHR system it enables the clients to have very low heating bills.

This house was awarded best single development in the recent York Design Awards and commented on for its sensitive design and attention to detail throughout.
