This impressive new-build was constructed on the location of an existing house and required a complex steel frame and extreme precision to allow structural glazing on 50 per cent of the façade. The structural units imported from Germany allowed the property to fully benefit from beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The oversize front door was cladded with a bronze finish, along with a structural glass front porch.
York Builder installed cantilevered internal balconies which allowed the internal space to be free from walls and obstructions.
The build also included internal glass frameless doors, a high-end kitchen, and a glass circular staircase.
