This project, with award-winning architects Brierley Groom, was to sympathetically restore a Grade II-listed building by creating two new additions to the rear and side and remodelling the internal space. The new palate of glass and copper allowed the building to proudly show off its new additions whilst carefully conserving the old Grade II-listed building.
New bathrooms were added, along with a contemporary kitchen.
The result was a modern interior that was a regional winner in the LABC awards and highly commended in other regional awards.
