The part-conversion of an existing garage and a new-build extension to the rear allowed our client to add a sauna, gym and bar area to their property. This bespoke project was constructed in local, traditional materials along with oak beams and trusses to allow the inside of the property to benefit from a contemporary feel, whilst retaining the original look of the existing house.
Quality hardwood timber windows and doors allow the client to benefit from views of the immaculate lawned gardens. Wooden floors and an oak staircase have been incorporated, and a relaxing sauna area has been included in the gym area. To the rear of the building we constructed a potting shed with a log burning stove.
